Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from IUKL which is equivalent to LAM Part 1, with a minimum CGPA of 2.70 and a minimum of six (6) months industrial training after LAM Part 1 in a related field.

Advanced Studio Design 1 (5 credits), Advanced Studio Design 2 (6 credits), Advanced Building Technology A (3 credits), Advanced Building Technology B (3 credits), Professional Practice A (4 credits), Theory & Philosophy (3 credits), Urban Design (3 credits) Pre Thesis (2 credits )

Total: 31 credits

Year 2

Design Thesis I (8 credits), Design Thesis II (8 credits), Design Thesis Report (2 credits), Research Methods (3 credits), Dissertation (5 credits), Elective A: Sustainable Design or Elective B: Building Conservation (3 credits) Professional Practice B (4 credits)

  • International Discount (Conflict-Affected Regions)

    Up to 30% coverage

    30% tuition fee reduction is available to international students arriving from conflict-affected countries. This discount carries no prerequisite conditions or academic benchmarks and will be automatically applied to the student's account upon enrollment.

    The student must maintain the required CGPA every semester to get the 50% discount

Entry requirements

Master's: a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Typically IELTS 6 or equivalent (TOEFL / PTE). Some universities offer a preparatory English program if you haven't reached the score yet.
