MAHSA's Foundation in Science is a one-year program specifically designed for students who have successfully completed their Malaysian SPM, Mathayom Suksa 5, GCE O-level, or an equivalent qualification. This accelerated academic program serves as a fast-track alternative to A-levels, structured over three semesters.

Entry Requirements
- Foundation in Science with Conditional Entry to MBBS, Dentistry & Pharmacy degree:
- SPM/O-Level
- 5 Minimum grade B in Biology & Chemistry & Physics & Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and 1 other subject
- Foundation in Science with Conditional Entry
- to all other degrees:
- SPM/O-Level
- Minimum 5 credits in Mathematics, 2 science subject and 2 other

The Foundation fees are fully waived only If the student continues their Bachelor’s degree studies at MAHSA University. If a student chooses to transfer to a different University after finishing the program, They must pay all Foundation fees in full. Official documents and the Foundation The certificate will be withheld and cannot be collected until these fees are paid.
Entry requirements
Foundation: high-school certificate or equivalent.
Typically IELTS 5 or equivalent (TOEFL / PTE). Some universities offer a preparatory English program if you haven't reached the score yet.
