The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Design programme aims to stimulate creativity and inquiry in the fields of design and media. Students are taught critical and creative thinking abilities so that they can challenge norms and offer original knowledge to their profession. The programme, which is based on rigorous research methodology, prepares scholars to shape the future of design via visionary thinking and revolutionary insights.
Entry Requirements
Master’s degree (Level 7 Malaysian Qualifications Framework) or equivalent as approved by the HEP Senate

Up to 50% coverage
A 50% discount is applied exclusively to the administration fee for Sudanese students. This waiver is deducted from the administration fee only and is secured upon applying to the City University Offer Letter.
Entry requirements
PhD: a master's degree and a research proposal.
Typically IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (TOEFL / PTE). Some universities offer a preparatory English program if you haven't reached the score yet.
