Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Business

Sunway University

Program overview

The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Business program provides students with crucial knowledge in international business. In today’s world, businesses cannot remain purely domestic for two key reasons. First, competition is global; whether you are a watchmaker, a restaurant owner, or a retailer, you will face international companies competing for your customers. Second, consumers evaluate your offerings against global options and standards. To survive and thrive, a comprehensive understanding of international business is essential.

This program allows students to learn how business organizations function in a global context, develop and implement international strategies, and manage issues related to cross-border operations. The curriculum addresses contemporary global challenges affecting the ever-evolving business landscape. Students will study fundamental topics such as International Human Resources Management, International Economics, International Business Law, International Business, Organizational Behavior, and Cultural Management within the international business framework.

Offered in partnership with Lancaster University and the Chartered Management Institute, this program enables graduates to earn three certificates upon completion: a degree from Sunway University, a degree from Lancaster University, and a Level 5 Diploma Professional Qualification in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
