The Doctor of Philosophy in Law degree at Taylor's University Malaysia offers advanced research options in law. Students conduct extensive research projects with the help of knowledgeable advisors and state-of-the-art resources. Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Law or Shariah and a Master's Degree (Level 7, MQF)

Research Methodology

In their first year, students must complete the following modules (totalling 6 credit hours): Research Method for Social Science and either Qualitative Research Methods or Quantitative Research Methods. Students will also be required to complete Seminars on Legal Research Methods.

Publication

You will be required to publish at least one (1) indexed publication; OR at least two (2) Scopus indexed conference papers.

    A tuition fee reduction of up to RM 12,000 is available at Taylor's University for students of all nationalities. To qualify for this discount, applicants must submit their official high school certificate during the application process.

شروط القبول

الدكتوراه: شهادة ماجستير ومقترح بحثي.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 6 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
