The Diploma in Office Management Program at City University Malaysia is designed to offer learners an academic foundation and specialized training for a career in administration. It is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their academic qualifications to a tertiary level and develop formalized functional skills in administrative and office management. The program provides the necessary knowledge and training to excel in administrative roles and effectively manage office operations.

Entry Requirements

Pass A-Level with a minimum of Grade D in any two (2) subjects AND a Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level or its equivalent.

For other qualifications and certificates (e.g., UEC, Foundation, STAM, etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment.

  • Sudanese Student Administration Fee Waiver

    A 50% discount is applied exclusively to the administration fee for Sudanese students. This waiver is deducted from the administration fee only and is secured upon applying to the City University Offer Letter.

  • Foundation Pathway Fee Waiver

    تغطية حتى 100%

    This discount is open to students of all nationalities enrolled in the Foundation Pathway program. The tuition fee waiver is applied exclusively to the The final year of study effectively offsets the cost of the foundation year by the completion of the degree.

شروط القبول

الدبلوم: شهادة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها بمعدل مناسب.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
