The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architecture at Taylor's University is a pre-professional degree programme that is accredited by the Board of Architects Malaysia (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia - LAM). This programme exempts graduates from the LAM Part I Examination, providing a streamlined path towards becoming Assistant Architects. Students also have the option to further their studies and become Graduate Architects.

Throughout the programme, students gain a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles and develop practical skills in areas such as architectural modeling, photography, structural specialization, computer-aided design (CAD), 3D visualization, and conceptualization. The curriculum is designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and technical expertise, preparing students for a successful career in architecture.

Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)

Min. CCC with CGPA of 2.00

Future careers

Upon graduation, students can pursue a variety of exciting career paths. These include roles as architectural model specialists, architectural photographers, architectural structure specialists, computer-aided design/3D visualizers, interior designers/interior architects, resort/hotel architectural conceptualizers, theme park conceptual architects, and town planning conceptual architects. The programme offers a broad range of career opportunities, allowing graduates to specialize in their areas of interest and contribute to the built environment.

This component aims to develop critical thinking, build up social intelligence and cultivate civic responsibility as well as broaden cultural knowledge. It consists of compulsory and nationally mandated study modules required by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.

    A tuition fee reduction of up to RM 12,000 is available at Taylor's University for students of all nationalities. To qualify for this discount, applicants must submit their official high school certificate during the application process.

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
