The Bachelor of Business (Honours) Human Resource Management Program at INTI University Malaysia offers students a comprehensive foundation in all facets of people management within a Malaysian context. The program equips students with the skills necessary to excel as line managers across various industries. It is worth noting that the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has recognized that INTI International University's Bachelor of Business (Hons) Human Resource Management program aligns completely with SHRM's HR Curriculum Guidelines. This acknowledgment further validates the program's quality and relevance in preparing students for successful careers in human resource management.

Entry Requirements

STPM

Pass with CGPA 2.0 (Grade C in any 2 subjects) and pass Mathematics and English in SPM, or equivalent

For other qualifications and certificates (e.g., UEC, Foundation, STAM, etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment.

Dual Awards

Students earn two awards from INTI International University and the University of Hertfordshire, UK

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 6 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
