Nilai University's Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Human Resource Management program offers specialized instruction in HRM principles and methods. Students study hiring, employee development and training, pay and benefits, and HR strategy through a mix of academic courses and hands-on projects. Graduates are equipped to work as HR executives, talent acquisition experts, HR consultants, or to continue their education in HRM-related subjects after completing their degree.

Entry Requirements

STPM

Pass with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level

    A 30% tuition fee reduction is available to students originating from the MENA region. This discount features no prerequisite conditions and will be applied automatically to eligible student accounts upon enrollment.

  • International Discount

    A 50% tuition fee reduction is available to all international students. To qualify, applicants must present their official high school certificate during the application process. To retain this 50% discount throughout their studies, students must maintain the required minimum CGPA at the end of every semester.

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5.5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
