The Bachelor (Hons) Human Resources Management (3+0) Programa at SEGi University Malaysia is designed to provide practical skills and knowledge for students and employers in the field of human resource management. The curriculum is developed based on feedback from employers and students, emphasizing the importance of practical skills and job readiness. Academic research underpins all learning activities.The program acknowledges diverse learning styles by offering a mix of skill-based and theory-focused courses. However, the degree primarily focuses on human resource management and prepares students for future managerial positions. It combines the strengths of traditional business degrees with innovative developments in the business world.

Entry Requirements

STPM with Grade C in 2 subjects (for Accounting and Finance, requires Grade C+ in 2 subjects)

Credit in Maths at SPM / O-Level or equivalent and min CGPA 2.50

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5.5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
